Customer Experience Specialist We are seeking an Advanced English Level Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who enjoy delivering outstanding customer service and possess a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle incidents and requests related to: - Business productivity solutions - Data analysis and business intelligence - Enterprise applications - Technological infrastructure - Managing renewal processes in licensing programs and technological solutions As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional support via phone and solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and represent our world-class standards in every conversation.
