As the head of product evaluation, you will lead internal sensory evaluation initiatives that delight consumers through panels, standardized methodologies, and tools for proper analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will implement internal and external panels, plan and design evaluations with marketing teams to gather data, analyze, and deliver reports on products in development or redesigns. This individual will assess current products against competitors. We are seeking talent with a degree in Food Engineering, Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, or Bacteriology. Specialization or master's in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology is also desired. Additionally, knowledge in sensory evaluation, consumer testing, product applications, and bakery training is necessary. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in sensory analysis, consumer testing in the food sector, including divisions of Consumer, Bakery, Institutional, and Industrial. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, report writing, and data analysis. Proficiency in office tools and personnel management is also required.
