Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and high-energy individual to support our recruitment efforts as a Candidate Experience Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Communication: Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have a positive experience and are well-informed at every stage. - Requisition and System Management: Manage and troubleshoot high-volume requisitions, update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM), and maintain accurate data and status. - Tactical Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the recruiting process on track with established SLAs and KPIs. - Pre-Employment Processing: Create offers, track pre-employment screening completion and results, and support onboarding tasks to ensure Day 1 attendance. - On-Site Event Coordination (Optional): Coordinate and manage on-site recruitment events, ensuring efficient logistics and a positive candidate experience. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a Talent Administrator or Coordinator role is preferred, with experience in customer service or administration highly beneficial. - Skills & Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with ATS and CRM systems, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for customer service. - Organizational Expertise: Master at prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and handling a high volume of work without compromising on detail or efficiency. - Go-Getter Mentality: Driven, thrives under pressure, and excited to help the recruitment process run smoothly.
