Job Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Specialist to support our Business Intelligence business for Latin America and the Caribbean region. About the Role Senior Specialist The Business Intelligence team is looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, Mastercard regional priorities and ensure attainment of revenue and margin targets. Main Responsibilities - Lead development and continuous improvement of product packages. - Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products. - Drive engagement and usage of Business Intelligence platforms. - Disseminate main capabilities internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data. - Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Requirements To succeed in this leadership position, you will need: - Experience in management consulting for financial services or digital product management in Latin America. - High-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills. - Proficiency and autonomy in Profit and Loss statement (P&L;) analysis and management. - Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.
