Job Description - Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service. - Assist with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members. - Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full. - Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms. - Operate the cash register in an efficient manner. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or food service management. - Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or guest service. - ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
