​​​​​​ Job title: Cold Email Marketer & Growth Hacker (Remote) Full-Time | $2,000–$3,000 Base (OTE $3,500–$4,000) Schedule: Monday–Friday | EST Hours (6 AM–3 PM) Overview We’re hiring a resourceful and results-driven marketer to take full ownership of our cold outbound engine. This role focuses on building systems, managing cold outreach campaigns, generating qualified leads, and driving appointments through experimentation and data. You’ll be responsible for running outreach tools (e.g., Instantly.ai), writing high-converting cold emails, scraping and qualifying leads, and testing strategies to scale what works. Key Responsibilities Build and manage cold email campaigns from lead sourcing to booking calls Scrape and verify targeted creator and founder leads weekly Write and optimize email sequences for high engagement Monitor inbox health, bounce rates, and deliverability Track KPIs: open rates, reply rates, conversion to booked calls Integrate tools and workflows (e.g., Zapier, CRMs, booking tools) Continuously test messaging, targeting, and lead sources Share insights and performance reports weekly with leadership Expected Outcomes (60–90 Days) 3+ outbound campaigns launched targeting distinct segments 10,000+ verified leads generated and categorized 60–75% average open rates and 8–15% reply rates 100+ qualified discovery calls booked Fully documented outreach SOPs and tool stack Dashboard or system created for campaign tracking and reporting Strategic insights and test results shared regularly with the team Requirements Experience with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Lemlist) Strong copywriting and experimentation skills Proven ability to manage data, analyze performance, and scale results Familiarity with lead scraping, enrichment, CRMs, and automation tools Strong attention to detail, fast communication, and comfort working independently Why This Role Take full ownership of outbound strategy and execution Direct collaboration with leadership Opportunity to shape the growth engine of a fast-scaling company Join a high-performing, ambitious team that values speed, transparency, and excellence
