Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Adoption Manager About the Role Coupa is seeking an experienced Customer Adoption Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with customers worldwide to drive adoption, maximize value, and promote best practices. Your Responsibilities - Become a subject matter expert in customer success and develop standardized processes to ensure consistency and adoption. - Lead customer engagements using strong project management skills and a solution-oriented mindset. - Build trusted partnerships with customers and internal teams to drive successful platform adoption. - Guide customers through strategic business discussions beyond basic product features. - Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of the Coupa platform and its application to customer needs. - Create and enhance templates, training materials, and presentations; travel up to 25% as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in supply chain design, preferably using Coupa Supply Chain Modeler (2+ years). - 1+ years of experience with software as a service is a must. - Good background in customer/client management. - Strong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills, and experience presenting to customers. - Strong organization skills and problem-solving abilities. - Analytical thinking with the ability to work in a team environment and share standard methodologies regularly.
