The Opportunity We're looking for a high-performing, data-savvy professional who can build trust fast and guide others with clarity and conviction in short, meaningful interactions to own and scale our B2C sales operation across Latin America. - Important: Only apply if you can truly envision yourself enjoying 8+ calls per day with potential candidates. Each call lasts ~15 minutes and is your opportunity to connect, assess fit, and inspire action. This role is not a traditional sales position. At Blum, every conversation with a potential participant is also a selective admissions interview. Your job is to guide high-potential candidates through a thoughtful process, assess whether they're the right fit for Blum, and—when they are—convert them with confidence and empathy. This is a high-ownership role where you'll operate at the intersection of sales strategy, conversion optimization, and business development. You'll lead our sales funnel from end to end, manage a small team of volunteers who support 30% of our calls, and personally handle the highest-leverage 70%—with a target of converting 50%+ into paying customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own the funnel. Track and optimize each stage of the B2C funnel, ensuring we're hitting key metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention. - Lead sales conversations. Conduct 1:1 calls with prospective participants, understanding their needs, qualifying fit, and closing with confidence. - Scale what works. Create and improve scripts, processes, and automations to increase conversion and reduce manual work. - Lead and coach a sales squad. Train and coordinate a team of volunteers who support part of the admissions process. - Build reports & dashboards. Measure what matters. You'll be responsible for sales data, KPIs, and weekly funnel performance updates. - Collaborate with the founders. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of our growth engine.
