Job Description To guarantee the effective operation of sales at a country level, develop and monitor a local sales strategy to achieve maximum new business and retention of existing business. The goal is to enhance Allianz Worldwide Partners market profile & market share. Key responsibilities include: 1. Identify peak periods of activity and devise a business strategy to meet New Business Targets. 2. Ensure renewal service standards are met in correct timescales for existing business, split by claim type, to maximize renewal opportunities. 3. Maintain regular contact with existing and potential business providers & markets through training sessions and presentations to maximize sales and retention. 4. Train and coach directly reporting staff using monitoring & contact systems to ensure success criteria are achieved. 5. Provide ongoing feedback on the international healthcare market specific to the sales region to aid AWP strategy development. 6. Offer feedback on AWP's products, pricing, and practices to ensure marketability. 7. Promote AWP through media and promotional campaigns to generate and retain business. 8. Develop relationships within the Allianz Group to maximize sales opportunities. 9. Foster internal relationships within AWP to facilitate business processes and enhance broker and customer satisfaction. 10. Act as mediator between AWP head office and brokers/customers to resolve disputes and retain business. 11. Promote and enforce AWP policies within the marketplace to enhance profitability. 12. Analyze and recommend changes to head office processes to meet client/broker expectations and maximize opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications - ACII qualification or progression towards, or other professional qualification. - 10 years of experience in an insurance sales environment. - Understanding of back-office administration functions. - Strong relationships with brokers in the sales region. - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish. - Ability to lead a sales team in a competitive environment. - Strong presentation skills. - Highly motivated and disciplined. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
