This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager In this role, you will define and implement the LV Systems sales and marketing strategies for the LATAM region. You will manage marketing and sales action plans to achieve key targets profitably and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also lead, develop, and coach the Marketing and Sales team. Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Manager LVS, you will align sales and marketing initiatives with strategy, while leading and developing the team. This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power Low Voltage Systems business in Latin America. The role is open globally, with location in the LATAM region (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia). The work model is hybrid. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, budgets, and targets for the assigned area. Define the division's market presence, standards, and delivery model. Oversee teams responsible for monitoring and maintaining sales market price levels. Build and manage a high-performing Marketing & Sales organization supporting all customer-facing activities. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience managing sales and marketing teams, with knowledge of system and product businesses. Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies, leading large deals, and driving growth. Strong leadership in building diverse, high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business, fluency in English, and excellent communication and intercultural skills. What’s in it for you?
