Job Requisition ID: R2802800 Market Access Manager Type of role: Full-time / Permanent Lead the market access strategies in the COPAC region for the products of the Specialty Care portfolio. Develop and execute initiatives to secure market access by enhancing team capabilities, key processes, platforms, and KPI measurement. Our Team: Market Access aims to ensure complete and timely patient access to Sanofi therapies through strategic stakeholder engagement with payers and other relevant actors across geographic ecosystems. Main Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to secure timely and comprehensive access for Specialty Care therapies in COPAC by leading a Value & Access team. 1. Lead a high-performance Value & Access team in COPAC SPC. 2. Develop team capabilities, including market access skills and soft competencies. 3. Create and implement platforms to monitor market access execution. 4. Engage effectively with key decision-makers across therapeutic areas. 5. Monitor the impact of market access activities with Business Units. 6. Collaborate with the Access & Sales Manager to develop product account strategies and KPIs. 7. Oversee adaptations and implementation of operational standards related to market access (payer engagement, events, etc.). 8. Anticipate and analyze policy changes affecting access, pricing, or coverage. 9. Work transversally with extended COPAC teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Public Affairs) to support strategies. About You Experience: Leadership roles in Market Access and sales within multinational pharmaceutical companies in Central America, Ecuador, and the Caribbean region. Technical and Soft Skills: Impactful communication and influence, strategic and analytical thinking, business acumen, result orientation, people development, team management, organizational transformation. Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or administrative fields, with postgraduate studies in public health, epidemiology, health policy, or health economics. Languages: Spanish and English (at least 80% proficiency in written and spoken).
