Job Summary: At LatamCent.com, we're seeking a Social Media Growth Strategist to elevate our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop engaging content, build brand awareness, and generate inbound interest from B2B SaaS companies. Main Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our branding and growth goals. 2. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. 3. Create high-quality content (posts, threads, short-form videos, and graphics) that drive engagement. 4. Collaborate with leadership, recruiters, and marketing teams to highlight industry trends and client success stories. 5. Engage with thought leaders, potential clients, and B2B communities to grow our social presence. 6. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights. 7. Stay updated with social media trends, B2B engagement tactics, and employer branding strategies. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience managing social media for B2B. 2. Willingness to create content for YouTube, TikTok, etc. 3. Proven track record of growing audience engagement and brand presence. 4. Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to create compelling posts. 5. Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter algorithms and best practices for organic reach. 6. Strong experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools. 7. English fluency is required. 8. 1+ year of experience using Canva or other photo editing software. 9. 1+ year of using Riverside or other video editing software. 10. Self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced changes, and passionate about social media growth. 11. Experience with AI writing tools and how to edit AI written text to be human. 12.
