As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will also maintain a clean and up-to-date database of applicants and ensure clear communication with candidates and clients. Call upon applicants daily. Screen, interview, and qualify potential applicants. Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent our client Match the best candidates with client expectations and requirements. Present qualified candidates to clients for approval. Train, orient, and instruct candidates on CCS' policies and expectations. Supervise and evaluate candidate performance through follow-up and quality control checks. Maintain a clean and up-to-date applicant database. Keep accurate records of applicant interactions and statuses. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish. No Previous Experience is needed Willingness to learn and adapt. Must have high-speed Wi-Fi at home. Positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting. Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
