As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **strategic and results-driven Director of Sales** to lead our outbound efforts, scale our sales team, and drive revenue growth. **Role Overview** **Key Responsibilities** ✔ **Sales Strategy & Leadership** - Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy to drive revenue growth. - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. - Identify new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio. ✔ **Outbound Sales & Lead Generation** - Oversee the development of targeted prospecting campaigns. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies. ✔ **RFP & Proposal Management** - Lead the **RFP/RFI/RFQ** process, crafting compelling proposals to win new business. - Navigate contract negotiations and close high-value deals. ✔ **Collaboration & Growth** - Work closely with **marketing teams** to align sales efforts with brand messaging and lead generation initiatives. - Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates. **Qualifications & Experience** **5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles**, preferably in startup or high-growth environments. Proven track record in **managing and scaling** high-performing sales teams. Strong experience with **RFP/RFI/RFQ processes** and proposal writing. Exceptional **negotiation, presentation, and storytelling** skills.
