We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success. **About the opportunity** **Where you will make an impact** - Work with customers and resolve credits and unapplied cash balances. - Provide excellent customer service with the ability to research, resolve and respond to customer invoice inquiries and disputes accurately and timely. - Liaise with internal teams to research and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes. - Perform customer data updates for their customer portfolio in the finance system. - Send monthly escheat notices to customers within assigned portfolio as required - Follow up for resolution of aged customer credits. **What you will bring** - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within a Collections or Account Receivable role. - A high level of Customer Service and the ability to communicate proactively and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
