Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Guarantee the inventory accuracy by the thoroughly follow up of the involved processes, ensuring the compliance of the inventory procedures and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the 3PL (third party logistic) and Inventory Management (Order Fulfilment) to identify the stock snapshot differences and follow up them until they are solved. - Supervise the compliance of the cycle counting plan and monitor the performance of the inventory KPIs (key performance indicators) such as IRA (inventory record accuracy), inventory adjustments, quality control stock, etc), performing deep analysis to understand and explain to the different stakeholders the differences and following up the initiatives to guarantee duly processes of stock control. - Ensure BPAs (good storage practices) in DC performing biweekly blind inventories, monthly audits and checking the compliance of 6Ss and any continuous improvement tool implemented. - Ensure the correct use of the fulfilment center capacity crosschecking inbound and outbound planning to work in a healthy monthly stock end. - Supervise the 3PL (third party logistic) slotting strategy looking for opportunities to improve the replenishment and picking productivities. - Monitor the housekeeping and unproductive activities looking for opportunities in the processes performing benchmark with LAM operations and identifying the best-in-class players (local, regional or global). - Coordinate with the 3PL (third party logistic), adidas in house Supervisors and Inventory Management (Order Fulfilment) to develop, implement and follow up cross functional initiatives to reduce and eliminate stock differences in the different points of control and improve stock turn. - Guarantee that the destruction process complies with the company's policies, coordinating and managing the documentation and logistics needed to make it happen. - Ensure supplies availability by the planning and buying of required cartons, sensors, labels, etc looking for opportunities to improve the consumption, duly invoicing and follow up until correct accounting (including provisions). - Support the Senior Manager Fulfillment Center in the different housekeeping, health & safety audits, and workplace activities until the corresponding invoicing and follow up duly accounting (including provisions).
