Job Title: Business Engagement Manager A dynamic and results-driven individual is sought to lead client engagement and sales initiatives in the West and Central Europe region. - Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy-intensive sector, focusing on AI and digital solutions that promote sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries. - Understand client challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement within consulting, AI, or sustainability sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. - Strong understanding of AI and digital technologies, especially as they apply to sustainability in energy-intensive industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. - Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus. - Willing to travel at 20%.
