Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a Sales Manager role, ideally within a BPO or services-oriented industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Experience in leading and supporting a sales team. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic sales strategies such as outbound calling and closings. - Solid understanding of KPIs and sales metrics. - Experience in call centers, telemarketing, SaaS environments.
