Identify and propose commercial opportunities for B2B/Massive clients. 2. Manage and ensure compliance with operational models for targeted customer service, including processes, logistics, policies, and guidelines. 3. Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring profitability margins and sales objectives are met. 4. Ensure the execution of commercial agreements from a 360° operational perspective within your region. 5. Implement improvement plans aimed at quality and productivity in commercial management. 6. Work aligned with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Product, Trade, Operations, among others) to ensure commercial management. 7. Define applicable transactions and empowerment plans at all levels, ensuring proper and timely documentation and communication. 8. Ensure continuous knowledge and update of indicators, offers, processes, and the commercial operation model among staff executing the strategy. 9. Monitor budgeted attention costs assigned to channel operations. 10. Monitor compliance with indicators and contractual conditions with partners/suppliers involved in the strategy's operation. 11. Implement digital and technological adoption strategies that contribute to company objectives. 12. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and operational and financial performance reports. 13. Perform supervision and audit functions of the management in charge, proposing corrective actions and commercial strategies to meet objectives. 14. Know and apply the regulations related to processes and procedures defined by the organization. 15. Ensure compliance with good practices and legal requirements of the Integrated Management System, aimed at continuous improvement and operational quality. 16. Participate in the implementation and compliance with company policies and guidelines for normal operation and goal achievement. 17. Perform other activities within the scope of the operation as assigned by immediate supervisor. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mass and/or consultative sales in telecommunications, technology, and services, serving both B2B corporate clients and end consumers. Experience in implementing commercial strategies, responsibility for processes, procedures, and meeting commercial indicators. Recognized for willingness to learn, expand, apply, and share knowledge. Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation skills, and results-oriented attitude. Studies: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Humanities, with knowledge of processes and commercial management.
