As a Senior Financial Analyst within our FinanceOperations Team, you’ll provide controlling support to localBusiness Units, including preparing budgets and forecasts (Budget /F1 / F2 / Quarterly Landings / Rolling Forecast), monthly closings(sales & expense reviews, scorecards), project approval andtracking, and other financial planning & analysis activities ina timely manner. Main responsibilities: 1. Responsible foroperational controlling activities for sales/gross to net and/oroperating expenses. 2. Partner closely with Finance BusinessPartners across GBUs to provide cohesive support to BusinessLeaders. 3. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and shareresults with Finance Business Partners and Budget Owners. 4.Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actualresults and budgets or forecasts. 5. Assist business owners inexecuting the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, projectapprovals, and providing guidance. 6. Develop Opex and headcountforecasts in partnership with FBPs and Budget Owners. 7. Identifyrisks and opportunities affecting forecasts. 8. Track headcountmonthly and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates,including trend analysis. 9. Monitor all assumptions built intobudgets and forecasts. About you 1. Experience: 3+ years ofdiversified financial controlling experience. 2. Skills: Strongpartnership building, influencing skills, high attention to detail,ability to operate under pressure, advanced Excel skills, andexperience working with multiple stakeholders. 3. Education:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 4. Languages: AdvancedEnglish level.
