As a Behavioral Technician – Quality Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of improving patient care in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll review clinical processes, develop performance metrics, train team members, and ensure quality standards are not just met—but exceeded. What You’ll Be Doing: ️ Identifying opportunities to improve patient care and the quality of ABA services. ️ Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures for quality and performance improvement. ️ Developing quality metrics to identify best practices, detect problems early, and track performance. ️ Training clinicians and educating team members on quality management principles and process improvement. ️ Reviewing clinical notes, charting, and designing Quality Assurance audits. ️ Handling other quality-related tasks as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or similar . Solid understanding of ABA quality management principles and guidelines. Experience with Central Reach . Ability to collaborate across different functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Willingness to undergo a background check. ????
