Your primary focus will be on delivering projects within our LatAm innovation pipeline, ensuring effective execution and collaboration with our T&I; Innovation Centers. You'll also drive innovation synergy activities across global regions (EMEA, APAC) and guide our Business Units in identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics Engineering, or Production Engineering. - 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects, business excellence, change management, and analytical problem-solving. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
