You'll be responsible for managing a steady volume of inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with potential clients, and converting conversations into sales, all while contributing to a culture grounded in service and integrity. Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. - Relationship Building: Building trust with customers and keeping an eye on their pain points. - Objection Handling: Experience of handling objections and creating ways to turn a no, maybe into a YES. - Consultative Selling: Conduct effective discovery calls to educate prospects and recommend best-fit services based on their unique situations. - Closing Deals: Conducting effective sales calls and closing the deal right there and then. - Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, update prospect information, and manage all activity through HubSpot CRM. - Performance Tracking: Hit or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and ethical sales practices. Required Experience and Skills: - Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role. - CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. - Communication Skills: Native or near-native English fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication. - Tech Fluency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Sales Discipline: Proven ability to handle consistent call volumes and convert leads within a structured, goal-oriented environment.
