B2B Marketing Growth Manager Role \ In this high-impact position, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth across multiple channels. As a B2B marketing expert, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns, managing paid media efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. \ Key Responsibilities: \ - Email Outreach & Nurture Campaigns - Own and execute the email outreach strategy for B2B offerings across multiple verticals. - Develop, test, and optimize outbound email sequences using tools like Salesloft Clay AI. - Create and manage email campaigns that align with sales funnel stages and business goals. - Collaborate with product and other relevant teams to develop relevant messaging and segment-specific templates. - Ensure email campaigns follow best practices, including compliance with regulatory standards. - Paid Media Campaign Management - Strategize, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Search and Display Networks, LinkedIn Ads, and Account-Based Marketing platforms like RollWorks. - Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives tailored for B2B audiences. - Monitor performance metrics across paid channels. - Marketing Performance Analysis - Build weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and marketing channel ROI. - Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization across email and paid channels. - Propose data-backed recommendations to improve campaign results and guide budget allocations. \ Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or paid media campaign management, preferably in SaaS or tech.
