Job title: remote talent acquisition specialist company: ascenturi location: remote (work from home) type: part-time, independent contractor summary ascenturi is looking for a focused and detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist to join our fast-growing team. we are an 8-month-old company with over 50 employees, actively expanding. in this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting high-volume video interviews. this position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, people-facing work and wants to grow within a company that values initiative, clarity, and strong communication. you’ll be one of the first hires in a brand-new department, with opportunities for leadership and development as the team scales. key responsibilities candidate interviews: conduct video interviews for a high volume of u.s.-based candidates applying for a remote sales role using a standardized, scripted format. pipeline management: maintain and manage a clean, organized candidate pipeline — from interview to offer, onboarding, and beyond. track interview results, follow-ups, and next steps through our crm. onboarding & licensing support: support newly hired candidates through the onboarding process. crm & documentation: accurately log notes, outcomes, and candidate status updates in our internal crm to ensure clear handoffs and pipeline visibility. offer management: deliver job offers via call and email, and manage the documentation process for selected candidates. reschedules & follow-ups: proactively follow up with no-shows and reschedules to keep the pipeline moving smoothly. candidate exper...
