Battery systems engineer job description as a battery systems engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and release teams in manufacturing and battery assembly plants. - you will be responsible for ensuring that high-voltage batteries pass end of line (eol) tests at our pilot plant. - assist in issue troubleshooting and document/track issues. - analyze eol data using vector can tools, inca, or plant tester diagnostic tools. - support root cause problem-solving activities. key responsibilities: - perform battery eol testing for various hv batteries assembled in the ctc pilot plant. - aid in change control and establishment of clean points. - document new requirements, best practices, and lessons learned. - support pilot vehicle triage and systems level troubleshooting of battery packs. requirements we are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer with a bachelor's degree in engineering. - advance english and spanish language skills, b2 or above preferred. - strong systems engineering knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills. - experience with data acquisition and diagnostic tools: inca, vector tools: canalyzer. preferred qualifications - electrical engineering degree with 2-3 years of automotive industry experience. - high voltage battery or high voltage powertrain experience. - experience with electronic system level troubleshooting and embedded controls. this is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative automotive projects with a dynamic team. the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and attend on-...
