Lifecycle marketing manager job description we are seeking a skilled lifecycle marketer to join our e-commerce team. the ideal candidate will own and optimize email and sms marketing campaigns, as well as manage shopify operations across multiple storefronts. - owning and optimizing email and sms marketing campaigns is key in this role. - you will launch a/b tests to continuously improve campaign performance. - collaborating with creative teams on templates and messaging is essential for success. - ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations is crucial in this position. shopify store operations: - you will manage 3 shopify storefronts, overseeing product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates. - partnering with design/ops teams to deliver a consistent customer experience is vital. - executing promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates will be part of your responsibilities. customer journey & loyalty: - mapping and optimizing the full lifecycle from acquisition to retention is critical. - supporting the creation of loyalty and/or referral programs will be an important aspect of this role. - identifying key moments for messaging across channels will require strong analytical skills. cross-functional coordination: - you will align with design, operations, and cx teams for product drops and tentpole campaigns. - driving campaign timelines across email, sms, and shopify will be a key responsibility. - identifying process improvement opportunities in lifecycle and e-commerce ops will be essential. requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in e...
