About the client: the client provides customers in the dallas, fort worth, and austin metro areas with high-quality residential and commercial hvac installations and repairs, electrical, plumbing, and roofing services. as a high-volume provider, they combine quality products, exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and efficient processes to deliver top-of-the-line service. the company's reputation is built on an ambitious team of highly professional technicians, aiming to offer the best service and value in the dfw and austin areas. responsibilities: call hvac installation leads within 1 minute of receiving them. collect information to provide estimates. answer customer questions via phone, text, and email. follow up with unresponsive leads. promote team enoch to potential customers. pay: $900 per month, plus $5 per qualified lead. a qualified lead is a customer who provides system information via photos of their condenser tag and indoor system. hours: monday to friday: core hours are 11 am - 7 pm cst. saturday: on call from 11 am - 9 pm cst. during on-call times, you must have access to fast internet to call leads and respond to customer messages. training: for the first three weeks, you will work directly with the manager learn hvac technical knowledge. review miles's sales calls. practice answering leads with daily mock calls. become familiar with our software and workflow....
