**overview** we are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented it support specialist to join our team. you will set our path to success as a company by ensuring all of our workstations are working properly for the organization’s day-to-day operations. this is a hybrid position (within bogota, colombia), where you will be working for our bogota office. we are looking for a full-time employee. **what the job looks like** - coordinate the systems infrastructure and operations. - provide technical support to our team: software setup, import and export files, data management, phone systems, crm and team viewer support, general computer issues. **what you will bring to our team** - bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, information technology or related. - intermediate english proficiency written and spoken (b1 - b2). - 1+ years of proven, relevant experience in it support or systems administration. - technical experience with windows and mac operating systems, virtualization technologies, voice over ip and ip technologies, antivirus systems, etc. - familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology. - strong work ethic. - professional, determined, and results-oriented. - ability to work well with others in pursuit of business goals, as well as being proactive and making realistic decisions when needed. - home office setup with a strong and stable internet connection, a reliable computer and a headset. - full-time and immediate availability. - ability to work monday thru friday, during business hours. -...
