Store Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Miranda. About the Role: - Lead, inspire and coach a team of passionate casuals to achieve excellence in sales and customer engagement. - Drive sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective management of stock levels, visual merchandising, and wage control. - Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, and stock levels. 2. Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets. 3. Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. Requirements: - 1+ years Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday roster. - Motivated and driven attitude. - Passion for leading and inspiring a team. - Ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities.
