About the role : we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and talented qa engineer to join our team. in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications by performing manual and automated tests across all stages of the development lifecycle. this is a key role to ensure the smooth delivery of features and bug fixes as we continue to grow. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web app testing, a passion for quality, and experience working in agile teams. responsibilities include but are not limited to; design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications. perform manual testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality across all stages of the development lifecycle. collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements and identify edge cases. automate tests to increase efficiency and coverage (using tools like selenium, cypress, or similar). identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues in a timely manner. work with the team to prioritize and resolve defects and issues. continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tools. participate in sprint planning and standups as part of the agile team. maintain clear and organized documentation on test cases, processes, and issues. requirements 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on web applications. proficient in manual testing and automation frameworks. experience working with agile development methodologies. ability to work effectively in a col...
